I help individuals, parents, adolescents, and leaders develop somatic awareness, emotional regulation, stress resilience, and post-traumatic growth through compassionate, present-moment experiential support.
My work blends trauma science, nervous system regulation, body–mind integration, and experiential practice so you don't just learn tools — you embody them.
A more stable internal world
Healthier relationships
Clearer communication
Secure parent–child connection
More presence and emotional clarity
A nervous system that recovers faster and holds more resilience
This is the foundation for lasting transformation.
To heal long-standing trauma patterns
To feel more grounded and emotionally steady
To reduce stress, reactivity, or emotional overwhelm
To deepen your relationship with yourself
To strengthen relational patterns or communication
To support your child or adolescent with emotional development
To repair and transform parent–child dynamics
To understand ASD or SMI through a trauma-informed, body-based lens
To shift how you show up in leadership or high-demand roles
To build the internal architecture for long-term resilience
My work honors your individuality
No two sessions or programs are the same.
I am a Certified Trauma Specialist, mental health professional, experiential practitioner, and author of a 2014 book that metaphorically describes the clinical model I developed early in my career.
My work is rooted in doctoral-level training in psychology and 16 years of experience with complex trauma, somatic psychology, parent–child dynamics, adolescent development, ASD, and SMI.
My passion is helping people experience themselves differently — with more safety, clarity, compassion, and connection — so they can create meaningful change in their lives and relationships.
If you're ready for a grounded, compassionate, deeply personalized approach to healing and growth, I'm here to support you.
